Working in partnership with the BP Trends, Derek Miers produced the most comprehensive review of virtually all of the leading BPM Suites. To date, it is still the most up to date and comprehensive report available on BPM Suites. The report series is published on the BP Trends site here and is available Free Of Charge (with Registration).
The report includes an extensive introduction section that explores all of the key issues to consider when evaluating BPM products and the generic approaches taken by vendors. Vendors included in the study are TIBCO/Staffware, FileNet, M1 Global, Pega, CommerceQuest, Chordiant, Ultimus, Ascentn, Appian, IBM, InSession Technologies, B2B Internet and eg Solutions.
